Meet Tedrah

I am a mum of 3, a wife, and believer of Christ. I have loved helping people, ever since I was a little girl. I am that friend that gives advice and helps you through anything and will always support and encourage you. I am a Spiritual and Relationship coach.

I work with women who are ready to find their purpose in life and get closer to God! I am here to teach and give insight about life, family values, life values and all your foundational/core values and help you level up their relationships, confidence, self-esteem and self-love. 

I have been with my husband for 9 years now and I believe that a relationship that has God in the middle is a relationship that will last a lifetime. One of my favourite statements is ‘Love always wins’ and it is true no matter how much you love something you will also be winners if you stick together.

Some of the attributes I aspire as a life coach include sensitivity, empathy, listening skills, passion and emotional intelligence, I believe that they are very important I have because they help me be the best life coach I can be, it helps me have the ability to identify and understand emotions and helps me  not stand in the way of your progress and development.
