Meet Simone

As a Video Presence Educator, I empower women to confidently connect with their audience through video. With over 25 years in web development and 14 years in the independent film industry, I deeply understand the power of storytelling for connection and inspiration.

Despite encouraging others, I initially hesitated to step in front of the camera myself. However, armed with just my phone, I began recording and going live on platforms like Instagram. This hands-on approach not only honed my skills but also greatly boosted my confidence.

Reflecting on my journey, I faced a unique challenge stemming from my background as a Latina woman from Brazil. Initially insecure about my accent, I realized it was part of my authentic self, enhancing rather than detracting from my storytelling abilities. Embracing this aspect of my identity was pivotal, empowering me to share my story with pride and inspiring others to do the same.

Navigating a challenging divorce, compounded by discouragement from my former partner, I leaned on my inner strength to push back against limitations. This experience reinforced the importance of trusting one's instincts and knowledge—a lesson I now share with clients and students.

As a mother of two, my journey to confidence on camera is intertwined with my desire to inspire my children. I aim to instill in them a strong sense of self-esteem, empowering them to pursue their dreams with unstoppable determination.

By sharing my experiences, I hope to inspire others to embrace their authentic selves, stand tall in the face of adversity, and seize every opportunity for growth and fulfillment. My work is about more than just excelling on camera; it's about setting as an example and empowering future generations to navigate life with courage and resilience.
