Founder of the Boundaries Babe.
Raised within the confines of the Jehovah's Witness community, I was instilled with the role of the self-sacrificing figure—mother, caretaker, daughter, and devoted community member.
Leaving the faith at 22 with two young children and later embracing my identity as a lesbian, I intimately understand the struggles of navigating a life without boundaries, learning to establish them, and, crucially, standing firm in maintaining those boundaries amidst individuals unfamiliar with or lacking in their own.
Encountering burnout in my early 30s, I underwent a transformative process, gaining clarity on what truly matters to me and devising ways to integrate these priorities into my life.
While the journey towards boundaries remains an ongoing evolution, I staunchly advocate for women, emphasizing the crucial need for learning, implementing, and unabashedly claiming space with boundaries.
Join me on this liberating path, where I chart my course on my terms, challenging societal norms along the way. Together, let's embrace life authentically and unapologetically.
